Registered Massage Therapist
Carli has been a Registered Massage Therapist for nine years and has been working in Elmira since 2019. Carli graduated from Wilfrid Laurier University with a degree in Kinesiology. She continued her education by attending the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy and began her practice in 2016.
Typically, Carli’s treatments take a rehabilitation approach. She has been working with athletes, from youth to elite, since the beginning of her career. Carli has experience working with a range of injuries from concussion to muscle soreness for the weekend warrior. She can incorporate cupping or acupuncture into any treatment and has a vast knowledge of rehab exercises. Carli also has the ability to treat general stiffness from office work, those getting back into exercise, asssisted stretching and prenatal massage.
